This brand new 1st floor apartment consists of a chill out lounge for relaxation, studio space for photography, three fully equipped dungeon/play aresas complete with top of the range equipment and fitments including a chain suspended four poster bed, refreshment cabinets and shower and toilet facilities. Adjacent to, yet discreetly located behind the property is a large lit and secure municipal car park which is free from 6pm until 8am.

We are very confident that whatever your needs, ranging from private parties to private photography sessions you will find we have created the perfect environment for you.
